Absolutely the most pleasant , friendly, and conscientious owner! His prices are very reasonable, and he gets your repairs done in a timely fashion. His store sells all sorts of shoe supplies, polish, etc, as well as backpacks, bags, briefcases, etc. Plenty of options. He also makes keys and replaces watch batteries, too. I gave him 3 stars because my wife was unhappy with his repair on her favorite shoes. Lower quality repair than expected

I have to say, TERRIBLE SERVICE and very lazy man. Beginning of this year I left a bag to get repaired to put a new zip, this gentleman sat on it for six months,- yes you heard me six months, with countless of excuses and visits I was wasting my time. Three months later not knowing where to go a friend suggested me to see a shoe repairer around the corner just dropped off last week and said will be ready in a week, went there this morning for pick up and was shocked and amazed it was done, do not bother with this clown go to a true cobbler around the corner “THE COBBLER SHOP”.
