Dave is an excellent communicator and his coffee training is practical. Hands on experience which is so much fun! 2 hours of the best quality service. Emails and correspondence from Amy are clear and professional. I would recommend a training session for all ages for any reason.

We really loved the course. Booked this with a nice coffee machine already at home but not knowing what we don't know. Dave showed us how to make a number of different types of coffees and techniques to get the milk frothing just right. Very hands on training where you get to apply your learning straight away and make the improvements. Very highly recommended for all sorts ... Future Batista's, coffee lovers and beginners alike. We got really good value and will be recommending Dave to our friends.
I had a great time on Dave’s course he’s friendly and relaxed and is a fountain of knowledge. The 2 hours of full hands on tools is invaluable along with the small class size. I came away feeling confident and produced great coffee this morning. Thanks heaps Dave
It was great! I really enjoyed the training session. There were only three of us including Dave as it was during level 2. So we had an advantages for getting more attention and hands on experiences. Dave is very welcoming and fun and he has a big passion on making his customers happy with his amazing coffee. He didn't only teach us how to make all sorts of coffee but also what kind of attitude and customer service barista should have, sharing tips about the job hunting and recruitment - over the top! We had a bag of amazing organic CHIASSO coffee beans and a certificate to go home with. I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much, Dave! You are ace! :D
Dave is a great teacher. High in spirit and passionate about what he does. The class is well organised and informative as well as small to keep the learning experience very one-on-one and personal. Definitely recommend!
We really enjoyed our barista course with Coffee Training. It honestly surpassed all expectations and we were able to go from knowing absolutely nothing about coffee to being able to make 5 types of Coffee! Dave was an incredible instructor and was very patient with us and taught us in a way that was motivating and empowering. Highly recommend this course for anyone wants to try their hand at crafting gorgeous cappuccinos and long blacks and much more in a welcoming, low-stress setting.
Fantastically enjoyable introduction to all the basics of coffee making delivered with caffeine enthusiasm. Both my 17 year old son and I enjoyed it immensely and are looking forward to working our first barista job.
If you want a really good introduction to Barista work then this short training course is great! Dave took us on a fast paced journey through the ins and outs of making good quality espresso coffees in a fun and encouraging way. We learned about machine care and customer focus. Dave has a huge amount of knowledge and experience that he shared with us. My son now has some new work skills and I have already improved my home espresso significantly. Thanks Dave :)
