Have only spoken with the team via the phone and they were easy and informative. One question I would pose to ask is the name 'Complete Canine Care' would imply complete care for all k9's however you as mentioned on the phone do not care for entire dogs and there is no mention of this in your web page...some thing to take into consideration. Our dog Ruby gets so excited when it is daycare day. The carers are amazing with how they engage the dogs. Ruby is exhausted after a full day. Definitely her happy place
Ok so I get that we are in level 2 and you folks are short staffed but that is no reason to treat potential customers like rubbish. Wanted to get some training and sort out daycare for my boy. Phone always went on voicemail and we left numerous messages - no one ever got back to us. We decided to go ask in person - all we got was a very angry person who shooed us away with no explanation. Maybe these people are too busy and don't value new customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I’ve been taking my pup to Day Care here now for a few months and she seems to love it, gets really excited whenever we pull up in the car. They also post a lot of photos on the Facebook Page every day so you can see what they’ve been up to over the day
I had such a happy dog coming home! She didn't even want to get in the car and come home! When she got home she was knackered and passed out. The team was very friendly and gave me updates on my dog during the day. Highly recommend!
Excellent daycare and kennel. Attentive well trained staff. Amazing communication. They dogs are kept well entertained. Highly highly recommend.
Wanted to find a new local daycare for my two dogs however induction day drop off starts at 7.30 sadly on the available days I couldn’t make that time due to other commitments however I could arrive an hour later and was told they couldn’t accommodate a later drop off exact words couldn’t bend the rules - really for an hour later drop off????
