Great service, awesome staff, fantastic vibes and ambience. It was popping on a Friday night! But unfortunately the food was just not good at all guys. We ordered chicken roasts, pasta, chicken wings, pizza and fries. Everything but the wings was not good at all. Literally had no flavour, seasoning or even salt. I had to down my pizza with some tomatoe sauce. Will come here again for drinks but a friendly heads up if you guys could make some slight changes to the food/menu.

Staff were friendly polite and informative. Drinks looked amazing but very sickly sweet. Maybe get the Froze without the candy garnish.
Very nice meal. Good service
The service was pretty good, and most of the food was very good. The fish was a bit inconsistent, with one portion coming on a bet of cauliflower mash while the other was more of a smear. The fish was also very salty for our liking. Chicken waffles were fantastic.
Had the most delicious meal, pan seared fish, on cauliflower grits with burnt butter sauce.. So fresh and tasty! Good service, will be a repeat customer
Unfortunately not a very good experience. Started with frozen passion fruit margarita which wasn’t even frozen and certainly couldn’t taste any tequila in there at all. Ended up being just an over sweet syrup in the end. Food was less than ordinary. Was really looking forward to the club sandwich and onion rings. Chicken in club sandwich had zero flavour and the onion rings were just pre frozen factory processed rings with virtually no onion taste. The mussel dish wasn’t ideal either as every single mussel needed to have its beard removed. The only thing Coops has going for it is the location and it seems that’s what they rely on to bring in the punters. Could be so much better with a bit of chef passion in the kitchen. Beer was good, but won’t be returning. Much better choices in the Viaduct and Wynyard.
Went there good friday. Had an exceptional salt and pepper squid! Thank you so much!
Lovely looking place with nice staff. The food was delicious with lots of it for a great price. Free quality pool table and other fun things like karaoke.
