Fantastic communication, good prices and good end service. The only thing that let them down & lost them a star (lucky it wasn't 2) was me showing up at my booked time, but 5mins after I thought the job started they went off to service another car that showed up after me, and left me waiting 35mins before coming back to finish my job. So instead of the 45mins job time I was quoted I actually spent 90mins there and ended up late for work.

Excellent service by Pankaj. Had fairly detailed knowledge about the product I was asking about and when the questions got a bit to specific he did well to find out exactly what I needed from his son Vee and get back to me. Installation was booked and organised with their installer and was done in a very clean and professional manner. Excellent product, service and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend these guys and will be back for my other car.

Great job by the guys at the store. I wasn't too sure on what I needed or what I really wanted to get out of my new system. The sales rep was very patient and asked me loads of questions and provided me with a radio that I am super happy with. Couldn't have asked for more.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Vee. He knows his stuff! He contacted me before shipping the goods to ensure I had purchased the correct thing. Turns out I bought the wrong item, and not only did he save me a lot of time in having to return and swap the items but also a lot of money as the correct item was cheaper and I got the right stuff the first time. Thanks again, will be recommending you guys to all my friends.

TERRIBLE service and product!! The stereo we brought had issues from the start, which we sent back for repairs that took months. Then it has broken again and after attempting to contact multiple times over a few months by text, ph call and email and having not received a reply after being told the part has arrived trying to arrange for it to be sorted we haven't had any response. Absolutely wouldn't recommend buying from this company!
