I use Crystal Laundromat to wash larger items then take the items home to hang out on the clothes line. Crystal Laundromat is reasonably priced.

Poor equipment. My washing got stuck last Sunday. Water has been drained after rinse but it suddenly stopped working. No soap bubbles inside. On a Sunday where there is no technician. What a waste of time but to be fair,a staff who came to work at 9am offered a free service to wash it again and will be put it in a dryer once sorted which is a standard way of bringing their costumer back to them. I got my clothes back after lunch and found out from Aroha( the other staff) that the machine wasnt working a day before and gave an apology. This is a repost.The owner responded in the review by saying the cause of the malfunction is the fluffy particles coming from my clothes. I'd say...check your facts first before blaming others. I have been a regulat customer for nearly 4 years and doing my washing weekly. I am unhappy how the management responded. With your very friendly and staff, especially AROHA who takes good care of my laundry and provide excellent service, I regret to say...that you lost one of your regular customer and I regret that this happened. Could have been better.
First time ever here. The Asian lady working here was very polite and well mannered. She even apologized for a family who's mother was sitting in the car while her children were making a mess and using the laundromat like a playground.

When we're not in lockdown the service is wonderful cheerful staff. It is open in lockdown but it's you do the service. You can just wash, dry or both. Reasonable prices. I use the Papakura branch.
Loved it, clean and always a machine empty for washing. I think it is also cheap
