Scott at Custom Logistic Services is a literal legend. Having struggled for over a week with NZ Post's own designated customs brokers, eCommerce, shocking lack of contact and service, I was relieved to find Scott at CLS. Not only do they have a far cheaper service fee, but also go above and beyond to provide a speedy stress free service. Scott at SCL literally achieved customs clearance within an afternoon, something I had been waiting on from NZ Post's eCommerce for over a week. I would encourage anyone and everyone reading this to use this company, who go above and beyond. Will definitely be spreading the word! Thanks a mil, Scott!
