While the food and service are always excellent I was very disappointed to go there today to see both staff not wearing masks. When I questioned it I was told it’s difficult to wear glasses and a mask. Really! This is an industry that is being hit hard and they can’t take the necessary precautions like millions of other people have too. Not impressed. Sorry guys but I’d expected better from you.

Flies on the Food! I was horrified last week when I dropped into Daisy’s for a coffee and a scone to see flies walking all over the scones. I told the lady ‘there are flies all over your scones ’ to which she replied she didn’t have time to do this (she made shooing motions with her hand) all day. I felt particularly ill at this, having had a scone the day prior. The lady server then indicated she also had croissants but I was shocked to see there were more flies on the croissants than the scones. Such a shame as the coffee is good but no one needs to get sick from fly droppings in their food. Daisy’s it’s totally gross; cover your food!

Great coffee and a good selection of yummy food. Would have given it 5 stars except they have plates of scones, donuts, cup cakes laying around on the counters uncovered! Please cover your food up!
