Friendly sales team, quick with recommendation. Easy to get a good deal fast. If you have an idea of what you want you will be sorted in few minutes. Prices are already reasonable and there are happy to negotiate further which is always nice.

Cannot say anything about whole product range, but stay away from the toilets from this company. They all have significant design defect. Drain pipe is around 30% smaller compare to other toilets (i.e from Bunnings, Mitre10, etc) therefore it is very prone to blockages. I'm having 3-7 blockages a week and simply tired to fight this defective by design thing. Company ignores my requests, they simply don't care.
The price is cheap but have to say that the quality of their products is really compromised and the service is even worse. The shower box door does not fit in well and I got quite negative from my builder while installing it. When I called them for the possibility of a trade-in deal, my request has been declined and their attitude has been rude. From the comments below I see other customers also complain that this seller does not allow any return/refund, which seems against NZ law... Anyway, you pay for what you get. Worst experience ever and will never buy anything from here again. Hope this information helps.

They've got the right product I am looking for at a very reasonable price. Shirley Zhang's customer service was 5-star. She recommended the right product combination according to the requirement of my renovation. The shower slide and box matches nicely and of good quality. The shower dome is particularly effective in keeping heat and moisture inside, great help for winter! Thanks Shirley, will definitely come back again :)

Very bad quality products. Bought two shower boxes and they leak from the first day. There are heaps of little holes or disconnections on the metal that cause leaking. No matter how much glue we use they are still leaking. Plus one of the tray they gave us does not have the standing part on the side that makes the leaking problem even worse. We dont have budget to buy new shower boxes and pay for plumer and carpenter to install them again. Danik stuff also told us they dont do refund once the products are sold (it does not sound complying with NZ law). Overall, very bad experience and not recommand anyone to buy anything especially shower boxes from them.
Very happy with their customer service. When we contacted them regarding a faulty vanity and a missing item from the order, they sent replacement within 24 hours. Their products are nice, not high-end as such, but so much cheaper compared to what you get from other plumbing suppliers such as ZIP (similar quality also). Save yourselves thousands of dollars if you need to do up your bathrooms!
