Got a quote from Dan to proffesionally clean our restaurant carpet on the 20th Feb. I was quoted 500GST for 100 m2 heavy traffic carpet area and moving furniture arround for cleaning, I thought it is fair. Get Dan to clean my restaurant carpet on the Monday the 24th, Feb The first photo shows a heavy traffic area after the cleaning. Made enquiry to the operator(boss) and was told that this is the best they can do, any more pass with the machine is going to ruine my carpet. I don't agreed as I have other carpet cleaners did the cleaning and this is by far the worst one. The second photo shows the carpet after I just use the brush, dish detergent and wet and dry vacum. The quotation includes moving the furniture but end up they just leave the furniture stack up without putting them back. They said they don't know where to put them back.
Dan cleaned my carpets today in order to get my house ready to sell. They came up looking like brand new - really impressed, and Dan is efficient and professional at a good price. Thanks again, will recommend
