Fantastic is the word to describe both Debbie Mayo-Smith as a presenter and the material she presented. She presented a small series of helpful tips for not only working from home, but for working in general. This was followed-up with a PDF of her presentation to enable us to go back and go through things again and again. We were also gifted with her newsletter and the promise of further help from her for the next year. There are so many speakers who could benefit from watching and learning from Debbie, things like how to engage an audience and how to talk to people on an equal level (despite the fact that we were all learning). I hope I'm lucky enough to attend future sessions with Debbie!
