Good staff. I missed 2 appointments (don't ask) and they still organised a 3rd appointment for me. The dental nurse (??) was probably the most efficient I have seen. Her communication skills are on point as well.

Outstanding service and excellent skills, I couldn't recommend them more highly. After searching for a dentist I could be happy with for many years I have now finally found a world class dental surgery and technician in Auckland.
5 Star Plus! Called at 8.30am for appointment - arranged for 3.50pm with a broken front tooth. Got a 9.10am cancellation. Needed an extraction & upper plate modification. All fitted & job completed at 1.30pm. Excellent service, care & attention and real value for money!! Very professional staffing at all levels. Thoroughly recommended.
I had a very pleasant experience with Dental Solutions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They not only provided treatment but also provided very useful information regarding how to maintain oral hygiene. Very good service. Highly recommended!
My experience with Rob, the dental technician was good. He was kind and respectful. He gave me an honest quote for work and stood by it. I keep returning for check ups at no cost to myself.
I would definitely not recommend to anyone to use this dentist. On my first visit they were meant to sedate me to pull a tooth however throughout the procedure I was saying I was in pain and crying, also had to go back for them to prescribe me pain killers stronger than paracetamol. Also have had issues with a filling went back four times (yes for the same filling in the same tooth) before going to a different dentist when the filling was wriggling around who found decay under the filling which was never removed properly.

I was quoted 180 up front for an acc repair, after being told over the phone that it would be free. I walked out and found a dentist up north that would do the repair for free with acc cover.
