Shocking customer service, got asked to come back for my prescription then next day that it will be ready from the am I came in the pm Was not ready and was very dis organised no Communicate of letting me know that they just get that ready for Me no apology For the wait and 30 odd bottles just shaved in a thin paper bag for a small Woman to carry. And it’s not the first I haven’t had great customer service. Something I think the staff need to when on. Also if they have cold:flu shouldn’t they be staying away not blowing there snotty nose on the same tissue and handeling customers things without our washing it sanitising her hands
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had a parcel delivered to them as arranged between them and a supplier. It was there before Christmas and my phone number was on it. They couldn't be bothered to ring so it stayed there until well after Christmas. Extremely poor attitude. When I went in they tried to blame others for their incompetence.
I would not purchase anything fron this pharmacy again. I had been sold some shoe inner sole supports I fou d out they were not going to be suitable for me and needed ones made by a podiatrist. The box had not been opened yet they would not refund my money to be able to purchase other more suitable ones. I was inforned it is not their policy. Apalling customer serbice considering I could not swap them for anythibg else they had there. A credit for anythibg else does mot help when someone has to then pay again for the product they urgently need. I would rather not give any star dating. Julie
