Went to Dilworth Hearing for the first time and I'm glad I did. Quick and easy hearing check and the staff were amazing.

Visited this place for 1st time for ear wax removal. Receptionist was friendly but their nurse (Malani Moodley) was very rude. She kept on complaining again and again that I made her job difficult by using waxol ( which my GP had recommended me to use). She didn't even let me talk and kept telling me off. I was not offered hearing screening test post the wax removal treatment as advertised over the Dilworth Hearing website. Very Disappointed.

Rude pregnant receptionist. I was greeted with a frown and rather unfriendly, impatient demeanor and got a nasty look from my head to my shoes. No good morning, no thank you, no goodbye just rudeness. I felt that I she was inconvenienced and I wouldn't want other clients to experience the same. I have nothing against her and I appreciate that she is pregnant but clients deserve better treatment than that. Please give her more training to serve your stakeholders better. Quite nasty nasty experience.
