I bought a mini lady Dior bag from them. Their official website shows it is made in Italy. The one I got is made in France. The manager called me regarding to my concern. But She started with they didn't do anything wrong which makes me feel uncomfortable. She told me they do have production line in France. I ask her why their official website shows it is made in Italy, but didn't show or made in France. She said "but it also didn't show only made in Italy. "How rediculous! She explained this is a new production line to make the mini lady Dior. And France produce better quality bags. I choose to trust her. But when I carefully check my bag, I found the leather on the right hand side of the bag is different from the other three sides. There is CD engraved at back right hand side, the D is not complete. One clasp has wider side gap and opening gap than another. The inside surface of charms are not very smooth. The dusting bag is made in India. Please see photos attached. If anyone bought a mini lady Dior bag that is made in France, please let me know. Thanks!

Poor customer service and very shame of them. Unfriendly to a 19 months baby boy when this baby boy is curious on one of the Dior hand bag. Was planning to buy a hand boy and a pair of shoes - my mood was completely ruined. Never go to Dior again- shame No wondering is downsizing.

Uhm went to check out the new store while iam in Auckland on the weekend. I was asked to either wait or come back instead BUT theres only two customers instore?? The staff behaves as if theyre all high and mighty just because i was in my sweatshirt. Well Bvlgari next door was more than happy to accomodate me. Thanks but no thanks

horrible service. The japanese girl making sound in their own language. if i am spending huge money so they have to treat properly. but they don't have sense how to deal with a customer.

There's nothing "luxury" about this place. Rude attitude made me so upset. The Asian lady with long hair made me extremely uncomfortable when I was finally there to drop thousands of dollars on a bag.
