After accepting their quote DNA turned up the next day but failed to do the job that was requested. After chasing them up they finally accepted that they had only done half the job and came back again. This time, short of water, we ended up with a patch work of clean/dirty building. After leaving multiple messages and receiving no return call from the manager I have given up with them. I would not use their services again. I don't mind that they got it wrong first time but they have been shabby in sorting this matter out and now I have to spend more money with another company to get the job done right. New additional comment I see DNA has posted a rather rude response to their failure to do the job requested. At no point in their response did they actually address the issues I raised. In addition, and just for the record, we were one week out from buying the property when DNA did the initial "clean" so no I am not embarrassed for cleaning up a building that previous owners had not. Calling someone a slum landlord without any facts is a disgrace and DNA should be the ones embarrassed by their performance and by their response. Really ..... you guys need to take a good hard look at yourselves.
