My first criticism is more general: why do y'all have a phone line if y'all just gonna say that u don't take orders from calls (for some reason) and that we have to order online? Secondly, when I went in it took about 5 minutes to get the order taken even though the store was empty. THEN y'all missed an ingredient on the pizza so there were literally 2 toppings, one of them being tomatoes because that really adds a lot to a pizza (s). Anyway, not me paying EXTRA for a pizza to get vegan cheese and meat just for y'all no make the pizza taste like nothing. Thanks for the cheese, tomatoes and vegan beef though I guess

Ordered a Chicken Supreme. Pizza had no pineapple and 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Customers expect that the staff actually knows what goes on the pizzas. What a huge disappointment.

Almost always seem to get the order wrong in one way or another, and also have ridiculously long wait times as compared to other Domino's stores. Have a habit of leaving out extra toppings that you have ordered and paid for. Despicable

The customer service of this store is PATHETIC! Firstly they don’t answer the call on purpose. I kept called them 4-5 times but nobody answered, moreover they started hanging up my call later. Later I went to the store and the phone was still ringing but nobody was bothered to answer, when I confronted them about why they don’t answer the calls one of the staff members giggled and said there’s some problem with the phone, although it was all good. They don’t even take the complete details like what base the customer wants, and just make whatever they feel is fine. It was a complete waste of my money and time as I didn’t get what I asked for. For no reason I had to pay extra. I wish there was a better store in Howick. I don’t who is the owner cuz even after plethora of bad reviews he’s not bothered about the customer service of the store. It’s shameful and awful for the store!

If you want to witness staff members repeatedly getting screamed and shouted at by an angry female manager, pop on down to Howick Dominos. Don't say I didn't warn you.

By far the worse domino's I have been to. There was hardly anything on it.it wasn't cut evenly or all the way through. I threw the thing away after a couple of slices. My local Dominos in Avondale is 10x better.

Below average service, very poor presentation, pizzas are never cooked properly, food is always late whenever I order online. step it up domino's howick! Deserves 0 stars
