My pizza was not up to standard - this Mt Eden store HEAVILY HANDLED the sauce ‘swirl’ on one of our pizzas. I had a person comment on the photo I took, she thought it was a cake with icing on top. Ordered online, selected the Car Park Delivery option, which they failed to take any notice of and left me waiting in their carpark for too long, before I called them on the phone as that was another option. They had no excuse, the lady admitted if I hadn’t called them the pizzas would have sat there for much longer. Promises of a 10 voucher, no one has been in touch. (Can anyone please guide me to uploading a photo from my iPhone?)

The pizza was great, albeit a tad on the expense side. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because plastic straws were used for the Aperol Spritz; making it both not very visually appealing nor environmentally conscious. Service was excellent though.

My most recent experience (20th feb) with the Mt Eden store left me hugely disappointed. I ordered online and spent 46.23 including the extra 3 for 20 minute delivery guarantee, the order arrived with 5 minutes to spare and initially I was impressed. Shortly after receiving the food and beginning eating I realized that I was missing half of the Korean sticky wings (10 pack) that I paid for! And the 5 wings that I did receive were undercooked and stone cold, safe to say my mood plummeted dramatically. And to add to that the garlic bread could have done with an extra 5 minutes too so I ended up re cooking the chicken and garlic bread, the rest of the food was ok but overshadowed. Be warned and don't waste your time with the 20 minute guarantee, paying extra for your food to arrive below standard. Overall left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Will be reluctant to order dominoes again, especially from this store.

Firstly, we were so excited to use Domino's car park delivery today but after waiting 10 minutes outside after checking in, my husband had to go inside to pick up the order. Upon asking the guy at counter, he said our machines are not working and we didn't know. However, our receipt clearly said that it is prepaid and car park delivery order. Anyways, the story doesnt end here. We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas for us (veg trio) and found a ham piece in one of them. So disappointing. We immideately went back to store and returned the pizza in anguish. We are never going back to Dominos again. Such a poor service.

After collecting the "Vegan Godfather" pizza from Domino's Mt Eden tonight we discovered meat all over the pizza. This is the second disappointing experience we have had at this branch. The first time we ordered pizza from here, we checked the pizzas on pickup and discovered the main topping on one was missing. The manager insisted that they had made the pizza exactly as I had ordered it, so I showed him the order confirmation on my phone so he could see they hadn't fulfilled the order properly. He snatched my phone out of my hand to get a closer look, without asking and without warning. My partner and I were shocked and we asked a number of times for him to give my phone back. Atrocious behaviour, but we thought we would give them another chance.
