The customer service at this dominos is appalling. Several times I have been delivered the wrong order and when I called to request a refund no one answered the phone. When I came in to the store in person to obtain the refund I was told that I would not be getting a refund as the cashier did not have the authority to do so. I was given a raft of excuses as to why my order was wrong 3 times in the last month. "We were busy" and "these things happen" is not acceptable when it happens this frequently. I will not be returning to this store and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid it as well. To give some example of what they get wrong: often the toppings will be incorrect, the desserts are badly made or are missing dipping sauce. They will deliver a half produced product and expect you to accept it as a replacement. What a joke

As a result of lockdown we always order online . The service is friendly and professional. The variety of pizzas, garlic bread and other offerings a treat. Thank-you to an amazing team who are very accommodating. We appreciate your service.

Worst customer service in the dominos chain, Pizza wasn't cut properly and when I spoke with the manager, he said they were using a new cheese that makes it look burnt??? Not happy and will be going to pizza hut in lynfield

Two times ordered from this store, worst customer service experience I have ever had. Very rude, they must learn basics of customer service. I have not even received my order.

Good service usually but their pizzas seem to be reducing in quality, eg. Not enough ingredients on the pizzas or over cooked

10.15pm on 17 March 2021 I saw an indian man in the kitchen sweeping the floor with a broom and then put a dirty orange colour dustpan and brush on top of a stainless kitchen prep bench. Now thats yuk! Havent these staff been trained in food hygiene standards? Reporting this to council now as it is a breach of the food control plan. Disgraceful
