Complete and utter bad service. As there website advertises mobile service. I was surprised when I was told "mate better if you can bring it to us" I Said reason i called was because You advertise mobile. Then had 2 weeks of being told he would turn up. When he did rather than coming and talking to me he sent a message saying he will not work on the trailer as it was on gravel. Not even giving me the chance to move it onto some nice concrete which would have taken two minutes. Absolute disgrace.
Steve and Aaron are really good value. It does pays to ring them first and arrange appointments, unlike myself who just rocks on up with problems, but they always fix the faults, that's great value especially in Auckland.
