Moved from a 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom house about 5 minutes away. Glad they could offer their service so close to the actual date of removal, at affordable rates. The movers ended up having to move more than we had thought but they handled it perfectly. Saw that they treated every item with care and covered furniture with blankets as well as harnessing them in place. The only things that could have been better, were the communication with the call centre team before the movers arrived. Had to call multiple times in order to confirm the truck and the movers were on their way. But other than that, they were great and glad we picked them.

Excellent support from the entire team. From the time I had contacted their customer service for getting more info on moving house (which truck should I book, rates, how to get my furniture ready for the move, etc), to the actual transport of all our household items, Eco Movers have been really professional in the way they handled the move. Even though we were moving from the 1st floor of an apartment, they ensured that everything was handled with care and transported safely. Definitely will recommend to those planning to move house.

We used Eco Movers for moving house. The two movers communicated well and they worked hard to move everything safely. They helped to move more than what I was planning to move. Thanks admin team for answering my email enquiries back and forth. Overall I'm satisfied with Eco Movers. Suggestion to admin team. At the start of the slot (at 8 AM for 8-10 slot), please message/call the customer to confirm the booking and then keep them updated about when the movers will arrive. That would have been a better customer experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was really impressed with how Eco Movers operated. We moved from Botany to Mt Wellington with the help of one of their 33-cube trucks and two movers. They were on time and extremely careful with all of our belongings. Every item was strapped in and had additional protection placed over them in the truck (even things we had already bubble-wrapped). I definitely recommend their services to those who are moving house.

The communication from the admin team was constant, very polite and clear. The on site team was very careful with all our items during the move and nothing got even a minor scratch. They managed to pack everything up in one truck load with great mastery. Would definitely recommend using Eco Movers for moving houses. Thanks team!
