Firstly are you a patient in this home or family member. If you are saying all this and still live in/ have your family in there than? If this is the fact what you have written. I have my families/ friends in many rest homes, all over NZ and for fact different shifts are helpful to staff and residents. Staff will not be tired and patients will get good care and no rush. Don't understand how it will affect staff family life. Staff must have been interviewed and signed a agreement with this company. Also, should have days off. Not sure about the roster they do but generally everyone must be aware of NZ policy and safety rules. Obviously patients will see different staff, due to shift changes and days off. 1 staff can not work 24 hours. This happens in any industry and every where. I was a patient in hospital and seen so many different faces. I give 4 star for this facility and all other facilities in NZ for doing the good job even when as patient or families we still complain.

Part time mng' bloody joke' # not good for staff residents" staff working crazy shifts which is not good for there family life or health" also residents can't get used to seeing different faces other then the c/givers they befriend are used to all noted will be exposed for all to comment" if not rectified
