Absolutely Pathetic. The machine took my money but did not release my drink. Commerce Commission needs to have a look at this.
Great service and good selection of snacks, supplying both healthy and sweet items! I use them on the weekly and they’ve never failed on me. They’ve got me through numerous late night study sessions (thanks guys!). The machines are always fully stocked and I see the team re-filling them at AUT regularly. 10/10
Quality products with a Seemless payment system
I wanted to give them 7 stars, but since the maximum is 5, 7 (mod 5) is good enough! Seven times the machine took my money and happily jammed — or not — before, its mechanism would at least fail and the whole machine would stop working after a jam, such that after one failure no one will be buying things from it. However, recently, I discover that it might fail to dispense my goods and return immediately to a “functional state”, ready for another unsuspecting customer, making the whole case tantalizingly sketchy. Technical advancements much? In all, there was one time I got refund after reporting them to the property manager whose grounds their machines are operating on. So don’t shop with them unless you wish to waste as much time as I did.
