I studied here for about a year and I left feeling as if i didn't get my moneys worth as a student. About 13k for a course that wasn't professional and was a muck around at times. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere to study if you want to learn beauty therapy and makeup. When it came to learning each module/topic it felt very brief and basic, i feel like i didn't learn as much as i should have. Some days we would sit there in class and do absolutely nothing all day. At one point during the course we were required to do 2 first aid training courses and 1/2 were actually done. My class and I graduated without ending up completing 2/2 first aid training courses. Sometimes we wouldn't have a tutor and one time this happened where we didn't have a tutor for a whole week so one of the other tutors had to managed both her own class and our class at the same time and we would usually be left to figure out how to do things we were tasked to do ourselves. My class as a whole were very unhappy and would complain to do the head of Elite about how we felt like we weren't getting the amount of education that we were paying for and we wouldn't receive any response back, problems were always left unsolved. Overall I'd strongly recommend going some where else to study beauty therapy, Elite isn't so elite.

My partner was there this morning for an exfoliation and massage. She really loved it and would recommend this place any day. :) She felt quite relaxed after a well deserved massage following a string of hectic work weeks and managing our 3 kids. Would definitely be going there again. Ms. Kaur deserves a special mention for her professionalism and expertise. We would also like to thank the front desk staff who accommodated our requests for appointments across multiple dates and the willingness shown to change the same at very short notice. :)

I visited this morning for a full body massage. I was with the massage therapist Kate F. She was amazing! Welcomed me in the waiting area, was smiling and had great communication skills. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Massage was great, there was a feeling of safely, calmness and also Kate F has the hands of an angel! Such a wonderful experience and I definitely will be going back there again. I highly recommend Kate F ️

I agree with It's me. I went for an interview many years ago, and the head of the school, I have no idea what her name is now, treated me very badly and said that the courses would be too difficult for me. I left that office feeling awful about myself. 3 years after that I graduated with a Bachelor's degree and was invited to complete my Master's because of the high standard of work I delivered (Wow I wonder how I managed to do that). There was also a time when I visited one of the student nail salons and asked the nail technician about her qualification journey, and she said that she had tried to apply at this school and had THE EXACT SAME experience. We laughed at how bizarre our experiences were but also about how it made us feel. The selection process is biased in my opinion and perhaps this needs to be investigated further.

Honestly I really can't understand why this school sooooo proud of themselves. The beauty courses they have are not professional, they give u wrong information quite often. The team don't consider your condition, very rude attitude on emails or school. What makes them so pretentious

I went to this school as a customer, did a massage and two facials, just amazing service! I love it and recommend it, it's cheap and you don't feel at a school, beauticians are really professional and nice! I would go back for sure!

I enquired to study at this school with a nickname i've never used anywhere else. Now I get scam emails from companies addressed my nickname and email. Fairly obvious that they sell the emails of those who enquire with them (or at least the system they use does). Also could not tell me how much fees would be, not even a rough quote. The difference between 5k to 50k a year makes a difference, why would i apply if i don't know how much its going to cost me .
