Very friendly help ful knowledgeable service. Beautiful jewellery to look at and admire much of which is made in site. Large clean well set out premises.

I had a battery replaced on my watch. The watch is water proof to 100m. A week later I noticed dirt on the face of the watch. I returned to the store. The owner was not interested in discussing it and was flat out was rude. I then went back to the manufacturer and they told me that when replacing the battery the watch becomes depressurised and should be repressurised at the time of the battery change to avoid dirt getting into the face. I returned to the store to tell them this, they continued to be rude and claimed that the watch is not a pressurised watch contrary to the manufacturers specifications for the watch. The owner of the store is primarily interested in avoiding any responsibility for a problem and the level of customer service is offensive.

This is definitely a five star experience! Took in some heirloom jewellery - and some 'junky but hopefully it can be repaired' and the result was beyond expectations in quality of repair (or helpful practical advice in the case of one or two dubious pieces!) and below budget expectation. I will definitely be going back; reliable, trustworthy, value for money. Long may you continue!

Warning! - extremely rude, incompetent and highly suspicious. Gucci watch battery replacement kept dragging on with excuses, drip feeding information and being angry at me for following up a couple of times over the phone. 10 days later I cancelled the job and got my watch back with the cover off and damaged. Take heed of all the bad reviews that are here for a reason and AVOID THIS STORE!
