Awesome customer service. Rather than selling me a brandnew part, they were very happy to just replace the damaged bits on the old-ish part. So, I left with the repaired one and a brandnew one, couldn't be happier. This is my 3rd time back, and they never fail to satisfy their customers. My network are encouraged to visit here first. Great products and service. Easy to find. off-street parking adjacent and nearby. The awesome range of axes, weed eaters, chain saws, mowers and the like is supplemented by a great selection of parts, fluids and optional extras. The mechanical servicing is second to none. Awesome service team - they know their stuff. Recent up-powering and 'birthday treat' of 20 year old mower was expertly completed in record time (and sent me txt to let me know the 'job was completed'. Pleadant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional team members.

*****NOT RECOMMENDED**** OLD MAN, INSULT MY PARTNER AND ME ALSO OTHER STAFF WERE RUDE, I HAVE WITNESSES, BY SHOUTING AND GIVING HER THE FINGERS, BECAUSE WE WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT A WARRANTY ISSUE ON A 6 MONTH OLD EXPENSIVE COMMERCIAL MACHINE THAT WENT FAULTY AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR REPAIRS AND EVEN CHARGING FOR INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER 1.5 years. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUYS! THEY ARE ALL HAPPY AND MAKE PROMISES WHEN BUYING A NEW ITEM FROM THEM. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WARRANTY DO DO NOT ANY INSIDE PARTS ALSO MADE A COMPLAINT TO HUSQVARNA. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER... MEN SHOULD NOT TREAT WOMEN LIKE THAT AND SELL SOMETHING WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY THAT AFTER 6 MONTHS WILL GO FAULTY AND ONLY USED AS A BACK UP ITEM. EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THINGS.
