Rob missed out quite a few big issues on my pre-purchase inspection (serious moisture issue in bathroom, quite a few windows got gaps leading to leaking problems etc) which are still costing me big money until today (2 months after settlement!). It was a very bad choice to choose him. I have learned an expensive lesson!!

We used Rob for a building inspection report on weather tightness for a plaster built house, before looking to purchase. He was excellent. Easy to organise and the quality of the report was exceptional. Very detailed with photos and arrows on the photos etc. to pinpoint exact problem areas etc. Will definitely use again.
