When I call to book an appointment I can always see my GP within a few days. Sometimes they are running late but it is due to the quality of service and probably a lot of things that are out of their control. The GP's are excellent, they listen to you and put you at ease immediately. Would highly recommend.

could you please let us know, why was no one pick up the call at 8:25am but you said is open at 8am. The phone answer machine keeps saying " you reach out of our service hours" poor service I would definitely say

Terrible booking system and website that didn’t provide sufficient information for new patients and they don’t think it is their responsibility to do so. They just don’t care they waste your time. Never go there again.

Yes,sometimes they do run behind time but that is because everyone gets a thorough examination.

I agree very money focused but I suppose that's because they are in Remuera. The biggest problem with this office you can never use the online appointment site as the drs are never available or are booked for two or more weeks. I suppose I have to tell my body to be sick or have a problem in the future. Then they charge 22.00 for a repeat prescriptionjust for a Dr to put his pen to paper rediculous. I once had good things to say but not anymore. It's a pity Tony left as he was always available and good to deal with

Excellent doctors.. the best i have been to !! very patient and caring staff. and always keep to appointment times. TOo bad that since i moved to christchurch a year ago, i have struggled to find a good doctor.

Unable to sign up as patients, and doctors unwilling to witness the signing of a document. So much for someone of standing in the community. Came in with intercostal pain and sent packing. Not impressed. Receptionist very helpful.

Not helpful, 100% money focused, there is nothing good to say about the whole experience except one of the receptionist was nice. Even the other patients in the waiting room were surprised with doctors response.
