I was recommended to Paul by a business associate and after talking to a few different brokers, thought that Paul would be the best fit for my wife and I. We initially wanted to get purchase ready, but then had an opportunity to purchase the house we were renting. As a private sale, this was particularly difficult, however Paul was an absolute trooper. There were so many twists and turns, and at the end of the day, we know that we wouldn't have been able to get the house if it hadn't been for Paul's expertise, professionalism, and support. There were so many situations in the offering/sale/mortgage/valuation process where I knew Paul was the one who would make it happen, and he did every-time. Being able to trust someone while you're trying to buy your deal house, and knowing they'll do everything in their power to delivery is all you can ask for, and Paul was able to deliver. Paul advised us in the best mortgage structure, the right bank based on us being self-employed, and guided us all along the way. Having been through this experience, my wife and I will 100% be continuing to work with Paul on our house investments. When it came to review our insurances post-purchase, Paul was also there to guide us. We had existing Trauma insurance, however due to taking on debt for the new home, wanted to get income cover, review our Trauma cover, and look at life insurance. Paul was able to advise us in all of these areas, and recommend the best fit for us based on goals and priorities. Without a doubt we'll be working with Paul indefinitely to guide us through our mortgage moving forward, insurances and wealth creation.
