Great customer service! I have a hopped multiple times online with this store. Kim has been happy to answer questions via email before purchasing and had great communication throughout the whole transaction. Over Christmas Kim was having a well deserved break however apologised for this and included a TN brass charm in my order as something extra. So pleased with everything I ordered and it was all well priced. Packaging is as alway beautiful and well presented. Shipping is fast and delivers usually the following working day. Highly highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality stationary, fountain pens and inks. Thank you!
