Thanks for the beautiful flowers! Bought flowers and chocolates for my 16th wedding anniversary. Staff were very friendly and prices were reasonable. Definitely would use the shop again and recommend to others without reserve. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks again.
A huge thank you for the amazing flowers for our wedding! Sonny did a wonderful job on the bridalbridesmaids bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, ceremony decorations and reception flowers. Thank you for the beautiful flowers! I ordered the "classic" size. Looked different from what I looked at online, but not surprising, considering that we've just come out of level 3 lockdown and some of the flowers may have been unavailable (this was mentioned on the website). When I rang to find out the approx. time the flowers would be delivered, the lady was very nice and helpful. It was delivered just after lunch. Great service, thank you!
I was ordering flowers from the UK for my aunt, for a special occassion, and so I called Flavells Floral Boutique rather than ordering online, as I wanted to be sure that what was delivered would look exactly like those in the website photo. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, even calling me back (at least twice) when the phone line kept crashing. The arrangement I chose was called My Fair Lady ('classic' size), and the fair lady that received it was absolutely delighted with it, saying that the flowers were beautiful and that they'd been delivered the same day (as I'd requested). I would definitely use this florist shop again.
