My 9 year old daughter has been doing Parkour for a term and will continue. She thoroughly enjoys it. The guys teaching are professional, gentle and kind. She's challenged in a fun environment with constant changes. Well done Team Flow :)

Awesome fun for kids (and adults too). Lots of bars and obstacles, trampolines and a big foam pit. They have after school and school holiday programmes.

We couldn't recommend Flow Academy in Albany enough! My son was a wee bit shy & reserved so we wernt sure how he would get on it but with Dion & his team being so helpful, encouraging & supportive our son absolutely loved the Kids flow sessions! Our son recieved great guidance & we saw his confidence sore. He went from wanting to be last to try things to wanting to be first! Dion & the team are absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this place!
