I ordered flowers on the 10th of April for delivery on the 11th of April for my mothers birthday. The flowers did not arrive. I then emailed to chase them up and I was offered wither a refund or for the flowers to be sent the next day so I chose for redelivery because I wanted my mum to receive some flowers. They still didn't arrive. I then emailed and requested a refund however the company has not replied. It is now the 18th. I am very disappointed

I can't speak highly enough of Maya and the team at Auckland Flowers who helped us out with VIP bouquets for the National Ride for Road Safety attended by celebrities and politicians. Beautifully put together and designed to last. Thank you, we will be back!!
Beyond disappointment, I took a risk and ordered an impressive flower bouquet and a Grand sized one. Firstly they missed the delivery time and worst of all, the flowers weren’t wrapped probably and looked like it was made by the courier driver. I do not recommend this service, they don’t value their own products which is very sad.
I placed a last minute order from overseas for Easter delivery. I cannot speak more highly of Auckland Flowers!!! The quality of the arrangement was superb, and the service and professionalism of Lisa, who I dealt with, gave me full confidence that the delivery would proceed without any hitches. It did and the recipient absolutely loved the bouquet. I strongly recommend the company.
Ordered Mother's day flowers in advance and got an email confirming the order and date of delivery (Mother's day). The flowers never came on Mother's day and arrived a day later. Emailed them twice but had no response. We had been loyal customers and used their service for man years before but sadly they don't seem to care about customers anymore.
I put in an order for bouquets and loose flowers for my wedding on pretty short notice (one week in advance) and they were absolutely perfect. Maya interpreted my description of what I wanted to a T, she was super friendly and easy to work with, and made the most gorgeous (not to mention enormous!) bouquets. I felt like we were offered a really fair price for impeccable results and would highly recommend her to everyone.
Freshest flowers in Auckland I reckon and top top top quality. I'm not kidding, they last heaps longer than the supermarket flowers. I've been into the shop - easy parking outside and they have a massive walk in fridge full of flowers. You can't go past these guys for fresh flowers and gorgeous bouquets! Highly recommended.
My Mother’s Day flowers that were meant to be delivered on the 12th of May have still not been delivered. Have been calling them continuously but no response. Update: I got through to someone who apologised and provided me with a full refund. It was apparently the courier company who was at fault.
