Veronica is the best therapist that I’ve had in years. I’ve had many massages from different professional therapists, but she has a natural ability to feel the areas that need work. She’s warm & welcoming, and you will feel totally recharged. The premises are very nice, professional, clean and welcoming. Can highly recommend!

It's been less than 24 hours and my shellac nails have already chipped. I wasn't happy with the first time I went for shellac either as they also chipped the very same day but I've got a voucher to use and didn't want anything else done except for my nails. The first time my nails cost 79 and the second time for french tips is 84. The price is ridiculous for a poorly executed job - my friend also commented and said it looks like I did my own nails at home. There weren't many options to choose from either - probably 15 colours to choose? I feel that if you're going to offer the service of having nails done, it should be executed well as you can also see the uneven colour especially for 84. I usually go to a small boutique on Dominion Road and it costs 30 and I walk away happy every single time but as I said I have a voucher to use and I've come out of it the second time more unhappy than the first time. Also, my nails were done on a massage bed as you don't accommodate for this and you're just sitting on either side of the massage bed in a tiny room. At that price there should be more options to choose from and a better set up. Ideally I would like a refund for both so that I could try another branch but I'm not fussed, I just want everyone to know what they're getting themselves into when they opt for nails.
Esther is amazing at massage! This is my self-care activity (when I get to do it) and previously I've used online vouchers to go to whichever massage provider had a deal at the time. But Esther is so good that I am happy to pay full price and keep coming back. The atmosphere is calm, warm and inviting and all staff I have spoken with are friendly.

I do not do massages but we had a girls day out so we chose this place as they had great reviews. I had the 60min full body bliss massage and it was heavenly. I did not remember who my masseur was but she was friendly courteous and did a great job. The place is very bright, spacious, clean and tidy. Was a wonderful experience
