The dentists are very friendly, professional and did a great job. However, the receptionist was extremely rude. Will not be going back there.
Thank you to Richard Lowe and his nurse. You guys were amazing. Very professional and very friendly. After getting 3 extractions I thought my daughter would have a horrible weekend, but she actually did quite well. She enjoyed having ice creams, jellies, mash potatoe and gravy over the weekend. Since my son had a horrible experience at another dentist, I was really worried about Aastha. Your staff are excellent and you were very good with my daughter. She also loves the cuddly toy that you gave her, she takes it to bed with her every night since last Friday. It was also lovely to get a follow up call from your nurse to check up on Aastha on Monday and wished Aastha best of luck for her netball game on Tuesday. Tonight, Aastha's team won the game! Love your service and you will surely be our family dentists now. Thank you once again. Jyoti Maharaj
