They went from top to the lowest customer service in a blink. Always deduct your payments but miss collection almost every second month. Also the invoice is not in sync and showing irregular deductions and charges. My bin has been lying on the kerbside for over a week now and I haven't been able to get in touch with these guys.

They are understaffed and not great at communicating. I've waited over a month and I still do not have my bin. I left numerous messages on their online system with no reply. The reason they get 1 star from me is because they are giving me a full refund. I'd stay away from this business.

I wish I had seen the comments before seeking their services. CHarged me twice. Then charged me for a service that was supposed to be for free. I will not recommend these guys ever. Thieves!. Will make complaint asap with small business courts.

The previous owners were fantastic and we used them for years. The new owners are the complete opposite. Do not use this company. They are totally unprofessional. poor communicators and try to charge you for bags months in advance. They add additional incorrect charges to invoices and do not commuicate. Beware!!

Disappointed Customer

All round poor customer service. Their communication is incredibly poor. They are hard to get hold of via the phone or client portal messaging system and they do not respond to messages left. The drivers appear to be in a rush due to being weeks behind in collections (even before Covid). Recently the empty bags have been left folded over the side of the stand and not hung up which results in the bag blowing off in the wind. They do not run to their collection schedule and you never know when they are collecting as their text alert system is out of sync, reporting the wrong collection data. Gabco charge quarterly in advance. Resulting in payment of collections that dont happen, due to the ongoing collection delays. Prices increases happen on the same invoice which notifies of the price increase. If they improved their customer service then Gabco would have the ability be a good company, but sadly this has been lacking for years.

This is the worse company to deal with. I stopped their service couple of years ago (in 2017). They keep sending me a letter for outstanding invoice. However when I asked them what is that invoice for? no one knows. Now in 2020 I received a letter again for outstanding debt and threatening me to refer to debt collection agency. First you need to explain what is that invoice for. Shame on your service.

Just about the hardest company to contact, the billing is a nightmare and there is no phone number on the website and sending a detailed message through their "contact us" resulted in no contact for four days. It doesn't need to be that hard. The bins get collected as expected, I suppose that's a plus.
