I have enjoyed living in Ellerslie for over 17 years. I was delighted to find this dentist 2 blocks from my home that was listed on the ARDS website as offering care for my 13 year old. But as her care is ‘free’ they did not want to take her and would only do so if I went private, so now they have missed out on my paying service also.... anybody who blatantly values profit over patients gets a thumbs down from me. Not the sort of reception I thought I would find in my community.

This is the first dentist I've ever recommended. There's lots of dentists in the world, but this is the first where I've felt like they actually care about the health of my mouth rather than what they can make out of my bad lifestyle habits that make my teeth bad.

The dentist here are really good, well experienced and they advise you as much as they can and they keep following up. However, the receptionist is really rude, at first she was ok but when I required further help she rudely replied with a big "NO", not even "I will check/see what I can do", as well as she gets really annoyed just because my nose was a bit blocked while in the waiting room and obliged me to take a tissue and sneeze, being rude as well. Change the receptionist or make her aware to be more polite and I will change to 5 stars. But really happy with the dentists there! Update: Thanks for listening to my feedback, really appreciate it.

Not normally a fan of dentists and reviews but got to say I was very impressed by the service I received. From the minute I walked in the service was excellent and Monty was brilliant with the treatment. Actually taking time afterwards to show me and explain my x rays was a new experience for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A fantastic practice that I always recommend to my family and friends. Very friendly and very skilled. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable. And that their hygiene recommendations are something that suit your needs. Super satisfied.

Aditi and the team are amazing. Initially I was cautious returning to a Dentist after previous experiences with another practice. However, I completely trust Aditi and her team. Her care and attention to detail is amazing and demonstrates how passionate she is regarding her field of work. This only translates to better service for her customers!
