I contacted Zlato Jewellers after having no joy finding a new back for my daughter's flik flak watch in Wellington. Kelvin was extremely helpful in first suggesting where I should be able to have the watch fixed, and when that shop suggested I call Australia, Kelvin took it upon himself to source me the new back. I really appreciate the effort he went to, and am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you very much.
Kelvin at Zlato went above and beyond to help me purchase a watch for my mothers birthday. Being overseas at the time he made it extremely easy to buy, all done via email and sms. He got back to my initial inquiry immediately. He even offered free delivery and gift wrapping and put in a personal message for me. The watch was delivered within 24 hours to a very happy mother! I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Kelvin really could not have done a better job with my request.
