Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. They never return calls and messages and the car we bought my niece had break pad problems and window wiper issues and was told we had to pay extra to get them to replace it. Would never recommend these guys

Brought a car from here last year, still really great. Had some minor fix's which were arranged straight away. Carl was really great he let me take the car out for the day to get check via AA and also to take to my partners work. Bmw 323i 2007.

Just brought my Xtrail from these guys and I have got to say, the whole process was just wonderful. Not only were they very helpful, they all were very professional and never once did I feel they were selling but just helping me get the car I wanted! Thanks Tom and the boys!!

Cash Buyer - I did'nt get a chance to buy a car, my one star is for customer service, turned up at 4.45pm, we live in Waikato, so had taken a bit longer than we thought to get into AKL, wanted to have a look at a 2008 BMW (specific car wasnt wanting to browse) told by the salesman who came out that they were closed and he had locked all the cars, would have been happy to just have a quick look to make sure it was what I expected, then would have come back the next day but obviously I decided if it wasnt worth his time it certainly wasnt worth mine. Being old and having been through the recessions of 87 - 92 - 97 etc Im thinking this dude doesnt know whats coming in the next few months Im pretty sure he was a worker not the owner and will probably stay that way :) good luck guys!

When we viewed the van we were told it was 8000 on the road, then it turned out to be 8,500. We were then told a woman had bought it online whilst we were test-driving it so we basically had to make a decision there and then. They also didn't tell us about RUCs for diesels and the 200 fine if you don't renew them. Luckily we met someone who warned us. We asked if the van we were buying was belt or chain driven - they said chain driven. Since then they've told us it's actually belt-driven. Because the import vans from Japan have no service history, and our van had no stickers or records of when the cam belt was last changed, we're now having to get the cam belt replaced at a cost of 1250. The engine light was on when we viewed it, they said it'd turn off after 100km or so it just needed a good run. We started our journey and it didn't turn off. We had to return twice before they fixed it, took a few days out of our itinerary and added several hours of driving in and out of Auckland. They are friendly and I don't think they mean any harm, they always pick up the phone and are generally quick to offer help. But If you're buying a vehicle from them, be aware that the Japanese imports have no service history and thus you won't know when any critical replacements were done if at all. Makes it very hard to resell.
