Went to Harley and met with Ray. Really nice and down to earth guy. Very helpful and showed the bikes. He gave a good deal to trade my honda and upgrade to a Harley. Weather was really bad so he delivered the bike to my house which was absolutely amazing. A great example of top class customer service.
