Fantastic company to deal with. After building our pool some 7 years ago, we decided to heat it. Due to the investment we researched different options. Power vs Gas. Both have their pros and cons. We decided to install a heat pump and what a difference it has made due to the usage of the pool. Morning and early evenings has never been the same. 5 stars for Service, 5 stars for product and 6 stars for informative details regardless of product we were to install - thank you HPPS

We are based in Whakatane so David brought the unit down from Auckland himself and arranged for a plumber and electrician to be there to facilitate the installation. It was amazing service, especially as another outfit never even bothered to get back to us. He then stayed in touch for the next week or so checking on how it was going. Could not fault his commitment and passion to his company and product. Would highly recommend to everyone.

David helped us with a new pool heater installation as well as a couple of pool covers (a heat blanket and a debris cover). I'd unreservedly recommend talking to David. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with everything from quoting to arranging installations and after-install work. Good prices too!
