Hello Monday have been instrumental in assisting us to ensure our HR resources ,like contracts & processes, are current and meet latest legislation. Good Seed Trust is a not for profit with a small administration team. adding Hello Monday to our team has meant we do not have to employ a HR person but still have the support we need to ensure we are a good employer. They have offered support and advise for updated contracts, employment issues, ensuring processes in place are efficient and correct, and throughout COVID 19 situation ensured we are acting correctly. They have the same organisational culture of being professional but also relational, which ensures working well together. I was so impressed with Hello Monday, and my consultant, Rachel. I've always felt like a number with every other recruitment agency but that was certainly not the case here. The service was seamless and caring and I felt well supported as an individual rather than just a commission. I'm tempted to say that more recruitment agencies should use this model but I think Hello Monday are exceptional and others probably couldn't do it as well. Thanks again, Rachel. :)
