Initially Jo was extremely helpful but for nearly two months we have been unable to contact her despite phone calls and emails. Our trip is long with many parts to it so maybe Helloworld can only book basic holidays like cruises. We are frustrated and dissapointed in the way our bookings have been managed .
Always great to deal with the ladies at Helloworld Mt Eden. I can thoroughly recommend Jo Drum. Even when things go wrong on the other side if the world (as they sometimes do), she does whatever she can to help :-)

Have dealt with many travel agencies over the years and I was impressed with the service and options Jason provided for my trip to Los Angeles & Las Vegas. Was thrilled at the Anaheim package and Luxor hotel deal. Marie and I was impressed with your expertise knowledge and the overall package for all 4 of us was awesome.
