No respect for me as a customer. I've been waiting for more than 30min for the shop to open at 8am. It is now 8:30am and still no one in sight. At least a dozen other customers have arrived and left again. This is not how we do business in New Zealand!

Complete waste of time and money. Dropped my tools off to get fixed under warranty they held them for 2 weeks and gave them back to me still broken. If only we could give 0 stars.

Worst customer experience ever seriously!. Had to use this lot as paslode have them as my local service repair shop. Paslode need their head read. I had to walk out than bear the wait for my paperwork. Horrendous

This is a tool repair shop located in Unit 8 ,6 workspace drive,Hobsonville. I once forgot to prepare invoice for warranty job, and they checked the invoice record without extra charge since I bought the tool from them. Wonderful service.
