When I was thinking of building a new home I approached Home Design. Tim was nothing but helpful. I found him very knowledgeable. As I've decided to go a different route my experience with HD is limited but the little I had was very positive. I'm sure Tim would be a great person to work with.

Worst company to deal with. So many bad things to say about them (none of them small issues). Our new home was not built to the Building Consent and we have been advised by Engineers that it does not meet Building Code and will all need to be pulled down. We are out so much money and will be taking this company to court. Be careful with regard to the other reviews you read about this company.
