Jenny was lovely, when we visited the store. She was really helpful, nice, and full of positivity and love! We really enjoyed our shopping time there. Also, the all size range was very satisfying and available for any item we wanted to try. Great quality, and reasonable special offers and discounts, and nice and friendly staff all made us vey happy with our purchase at Hugo Boss Auckland store :-) Thank you!

Terrible service. Came in as a potential customer looking for some new work attire. The young man didn’t greet me or my family and seemed to “busy” by packing away shirts. For a store like Hugo Boss this is just ridiculous. We continued upstairs to the men’s section and the same attitude was received by the other 2 staff members. To make a customer feel like they shouldn’t be in the store is unacceptable. I have received better service from Kmart. I will not be coming back here again and would definitely not recommend this store.

not A great selection. Went in to buy my brother shoes and asked if a smaller size would work for him. How about no? Great service after that. Would return if they had a broader selection

Service at Queen St store was great. You don’t usually get that A service from most luxury brands in Auckland. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help out. Leigh (if that’s how you spell his name) was a superstar. Would definitely come back again.
