Would give zero stars if I could. Really awful company to deal with. They are employed by our neighbours, not me. One of the gardeners poked his head over the fence asking to access the neighbour's hedge to trim it. I granted access and continued what I was busy with, came out to find he had not touched the neighbour's hedge, instead cutting off over a meter of ours without permission. It should also be noted I could have done a tidier/straighter job blindfolded. It completely took away all privacy in our courtyard. Have tried to rectify this directly with the company. Unfortunately because I'm not the person paying the bill they couldn't care less. They promised me (in writing) "to care, fertilise and look after the hedges until they have grown back to the former height", dated 10 March 2020. Here we are in January 2021 and they haven't done a thing and we're still living with no privacy. Disappointing.

These guys are expensive, & you should ask for their best & most experienced Team Leaders (not apprentices unless you negotiate a lower rate). However, they have the best designers & most experienced management. If you have lawns, you must try TLC (Total Lawn Care) separately though. They are THE BEST in the business!! K:)
