THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS AND VERY NASTY. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. I am very surprised this company is still in business to be honest. First washing machine I bought from them was fine and is still going strong (but, why wouldn't it be?) Second flooded my Laundry. Chased them about getting it fixed for a while, then they made us drive out to Manukau to resolve the problem. 'Harold' wasn't there so we had to wait. My pregnant wife got frustrated with him after he arrived and then he basically started speaking threateningly to her and telling me how he handled women like that when he worked in bars. He offered us a refund but refused to give it to us on the spot. So I started chasing him around by phone and email. He kept lying that he had transferred the money or not pick up his phone or respond to texts. After a few weeks, I had to lodge a claim in the disputes tribunal for them to do anything about it. They then wanted to give me a cheque but I knew it was another way of wasting my time. Finally Harold's dad called and said he would transfer the money. They did but the whole thing was a nightmare. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Absolutely useless. If I could use profanity I would. Never turns up, rolls his eyes at you when you ask him if he is even going to turn up again. Unorganised is an understatement. Our Air Con unit is still not fixed, and he has only visited once.... and we can see their office from ours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY

Was reffered by LG for my warranty claim. The people working here are not organized and do not care about other people’s time. Booked in for a technician to come and visit the house but no one showed up. When you call the office the staff says we can only take orders not give, hence can’t help! Call the boss on his mobile when you do, the same staff answers the call. They don’t even have a voice mail facility on their business or mobile phone. Don’t even waste your time with these cowboys.

Our dishwasher broke down in August 2017 and is still not fixed now in February 2018!!! they have been out and looked at the job, ordered in the wrong part and haven't been back. Seriously don't know how these people are still in business. When we call them they promise to come and then never show up time and time again.

My fridge/freezer broke down in January. This guy handed the job over to a sub-contractor and apparently gave him bad advice. He refuses to have anything to do with it and it is still not working at the end of May despite nearly 1000 worth of new parts being put in. I would strongly recommend not having any dealings with this business. If I could give it less than one star I would!

DO NOT go near these guys. I bought a tv off them in November 2017. It failed two weeks later, then it took 3 months before Harold of Icon Concepts finally got around to trying to fix it, and only after LG head office became involved. He failed to fix it, and has refused to refund me my money. The court has found in my favour and there is a court warrant to seize goods from him to the value of 5900. I brought it from Icon Concepts as they are an LG authorised service agent - big mistake and I am surprised that LG New Zealand still supports them.

I WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN. NZ BRAND F & P with customer support will be the best moving forward. These people have sold me a fridge with incomplete interior fittings and a dishwasher with broken bottom rack and no kick board. Fridge and dishwasher fittings have been promised for 6 months and still nothing. The fridge and dishwasher have become faulty and Harold Mani has promised to send technicians out now for months but they never arrived, even though the products are under warranty and my home is a 30 minute in traffic drive from mission bay. He has become abusive, doesn’t answer phone or texts and it worries me that he has my home address with the amount of aggression he demonstrates. I have lodged Nz commerce commission complaints, complaints with LG and will be taking them to disputes tribunal. He is in breach of Fair trading act, sale of goods act, consumer guarantees act and contractual remedies act and many more i’m sure. These people think that they are above the law. I have wasted enough time waiting for their technicians to turn up that I will now happily spend more time ensuring they cannot continue ripping off honest hard working kiwis. LG should not Have these low life law breakers as their authorized repairers and resellers. *UPDATE - TOOK THEM TO DISPUTES TRIBUNAL AND WON JUST UNDER 1000 & SUPRISE SUPRISE, THEY HAVEN’T PAID. Can’t believe they’re still allowed to trade in NZ at all.

Brough an LG washing machine from Icon Concepts when they were based in Newmarket. Great price and going strong 2.5 years on. Possibly not the most organized store but for the price paid we were very happy.
