I would like to give some customer feedback on Andrew in the service dept. We have dealt with Andrew right from when we bought our first caravan a 23ft silverline nearly 4 years ago. He is always cheerful and pleasant and listens to us on the repairs needing to be done and has worked with us getting the work done on it as efficiently as possible. He always keeps us in the loop on how the work is progressing and if there is a delay he explains why. As we live in our caravan full time he appreciates this fact and makes us feel like we are his only customer which is a great quality to have as I know we aren't. He even personally went out of his way to bring our new carpet down to us in Rotorua. Andrew is a real gem and a fantastic worker for Jayco.

Thanks to all the reviewers. Am in the market for a caravan but heard mixed reviews on the Auckland dealership which have been confirmed here. As a result, I shall investigate other avenues, as well as Christchurch dealership that has excellent reviews.

My Wife and I Purchased a Jayco Journey in July 2020. The Sales side of the deal was very satisfying and all went well. When it comes to backup service WELL what a bunch of clowns, the rear indicator is faulty and its taken at least 3 x phone calls and 1 x text message to get a replacement, over three weeks has past and still no sign of a replacement.
