Really disappointed, spent 2 weeks trying to get the owner to return my calls to help me, finally got Ross on the phone, no apologies and then no show and no call to say why. Clearly he's to busy and hasn't got the customer service to care about the people who could be giving him future business when he's next got a quiet spell. Good luck Ross, with customer service like yours you will need it in the future. Had to give 1 star just to give a review but really his service was a ZERO.

Very friendly and easy to deal with
We just had all our windows replaced with new windows from Auckland Joinery. The windows are beautiful and our whole experience with the company was great. They were prompt with everything, helpful, friendly and reliable. We'd definitely recommend them!
Great people to work with. Delivery and service are fantastic. Quality of workmanship is pristine . Our new custom designed timber french doors are beautiful and have transformed three rooms in our home. Pricing is very competitive. Ross is affable , open to new ideas and professional. His team are experienced skilled joiners. We would happily recommend Auckland Joinery.
